| Hydration || Drinking water while using cocaine is important as it helps prevent dehydration, supports kidney function by aiding in toxin filtration, and reduces the risk of overheating caused by the drug's stimulant effects. Being dehydrated can also cause "Cocaine Headaches," so it is important to stay hydrated before, during, and after. Another fun fact is that you are also losing product by not staying hydrated. Cocaine is absorbed in your nose, and if you are not hydrated, there is a lesser likelihood of getting congestion, and the product is absorbed better! When you mix alcohol and cocaine, it forms a chemical called Cocaethylene, which is formed when the liver metabolizes both cocaine and alcohol at the same time. This combination can increase the risk of harmful effects. Most people drink while doing cocaine, so this is not to scare you, but just sneak in a glass of water every once in a while!

| Dosages || Always start small with a "matchstick" size line or even smaller. You can always take more, but you can't reverse what you have already taken. Give your body enough time to feel the effects and go from there. It is easy to get carried away with cocaine, so make sure you are not overdoing it and staying hydrated while doing so.

| Storage || Always keep your product in a cool, dry place and avoid moisture getting to it. Some people like the snuff bullets for on-the-go activities - or even small spice tubes. Just make sure they are metal as avoiding plastic reduces the risk of moisture and your product getting clumpy.

| Recovery || Taking care of your nose and body is important when indulging in any drug. There are some harm reduction tips that can help prolong the effects. You can buy a Neti Pot on Amazon or at any drug store; make sure you are cleaning and rinsing your nose between sessions. As I mentioned before, keeping hydrated is also a good way to extend the life of your cocaine. Stuffy nose? Bust out the Neti Pot and do a clean flush. It is always recommended to use distilled water. After you are done with your session, you can buy some Vitamin-E pills and open one up. Grab a Q-tip before you go to sleep or if you are just chilling and dip the Q-tip into the pill. Place the Q-tip around your nose or any dry spots. After you have done a complete rinse of your nose, you can also gently apply some to the inside of your nose. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but you will be surprised by the outcome when you wake up the next morning.

| Equipment || Taking care of your nose and body is important when indulging in any drug. You can find 4-inch glass straws on Amazon. Do not use any currency as this can cause cuts in your nose, and if you're sharing, things can be passed around. If you have absolutely no resort, you can actually use a tube from a tampon. Straws are what people primarily use, but as mentioned before, this can also cause cuts in your nose. I would recommend getting a nice 3-4 inch glass straw (the size of a bill). Hot plating: You can toss a ceramic plate into the microwave for 45 seconds to a minute. You want it to be hot to the touch but not burning you. Place the product on the plate AFTER it is out of the microwave. You can also find spice grinders that will grind your product down, but some tend to be messy. Another alternative is a "mesh strainer." Find the one that is going to break down your product to the smallest amount. After your hot plate is ready, you can stick your product in the mesh strainer and push/scrape it through so it lands on the hot plate nicely as broken down. Use something that won't easily be rubbed off from the strainer. Spread your product on the hot plate, break it into some lines, and start the fun!
